Saw this while driving home yesterday. Let me tell you, not the easiest picture to take with one hand, looking through the view finder, and still DRIVING! Talk about un-safe. I wonder if this person is a Marisa Tomei fan??

I am beginning to think that my father is a little crazy these days. He just sent me a bunch of photos from when I was younger, (sample photos to come) in the above package via USPS. I think it hilarious that he uses this many stamps in addition to using metered mail. I am beginning to thin he does this to mess with his post office!

I was just looking over my ical calendar of where I am going to be over the next couple of months…

Yeah, I am going to be doing just a little bit of traveling.  Not just for work, but for “pleasure” as well.  I should be able to rack up some good miles with this year.  Lets just hope that all this travel comes to fruition!

This is how I spend my sundays morning from 3am to 11am.  I have been working This Week with George Stephonopuls at the newseum.  It still amazes me that we spend SO much time setting up this shot and it is used for about 1 minute if that!

I was “visiting” facebook this afternoon and noticed an interesting ad on the side of my profile.  What happens is that facebook does “social ads” when viewing their site.  That means that they display ad’s based on keywords that are contained in your profile.

Well, one keyword that this particular ad picked up was that I am engaged to be married so they showed me an ad for wedding DJ in virginia.  Thats nice, I appreciate it, but I am not getting married in VA.  Well, that is not the issue here…

WHY THE FUCK would facebooks very next ad be about finding local single on Zoosk?????  Does face book want me to cheat or something?  Does it think that since I am engaged that I am still technically single and thus “hunting”?

Come on face book, what the hell is going on here?

I am downtown this morning for a site visit and ran into all kinds of cops all over the place. While I know everyone is setting up for the 20th.  It seems like there is a little too much activity going on down here.  I would have to assume that Obama is running around doing stuff in the city.  But does this really require the closing of streets at any given moment?  To top it off, it is raining downtown so it just adds to the fun of the day.

I really wish there was a better way for the president to travel around downtown with out making traffic so misurable for the rest of the city!

After a rough start to the day, Renee and I have made it down to North Carolina today to visit her mother and her sisters family.  While the “girls” spent the afternoon making progies, Dan (Renee’s Brother-In-Law) and I went out to get Justin some new running shoes…. to be explained later… as well as some other things that will be needed in the next couple of days.

Back at the house and relaxing with a couple of nice glasses of crown and coke.  Who know’s, I might polish the bottle off tonight!  Check back tomorrow!

Christmas has come and gone and all the presents are un wrapped and all the wrapping paper is in the trash.  The stockings have been ripped from the fireplace with no care what so ever and the contents inventoried.

So what did everyone get?  I would have to say the best present so far that I have gotten is the Logitch Harmony One Universal Remote control!  Now all three of my remotes are in one with quick access to things that we normally view.  With on button it changes from watching tv to watching a DVD or watching the Apple TV.

What awesome about this remote is that it can handle up to 15 devices so when the entertainment center grows, my remote will not have to.  This thing is well worth the price, I suggest picking on up!
