Snow Fall Time Lapse

Yesterday, January 9th, we had an unexpected snow “event” happen here in the DC metro area.  In the early afternoon, what was suppose to be rain, turned out to be some big fluffy snow! All said and done, we were left with almost 2″ of snow, but nothing sticking to the roads… THANK GOD.  Driving in DC with ANY type of weather other then sunshine SUCKS. But that is another rant for another day.

As soon as the snow started to fall, I setup the camera in the back window and let it record for about 4 hours until it got dark.  Rather then making you sit through 4 hours of video, I speed it up so the four hours fits into just over a minute. Pretty cool to watch to ground get covered!
