What the hell do I need another camera for?!? Well, taking the D80 is not always a choice. Some times I just need a point and shot to take some photos. Yes, I did have a Nikon point & shoot, but alas, it decided to die.

I have done a lot research and found the perfect point & shoot, the Nikon S4000. You can find the S4000 all over the place like Best Buy and Amazon.com. But I recommend getting it from a local photo store like Penn Camera of even better, a mom and pop store. Why, the smaller shops specialize in this stuff and know what they are talking about. Sure, you may pay a bit more, but again, they know what they are talking about and are not just some kid working a big box store.

Ok, so this one might be a little bit out there. But I was told to put everything I want do so here it is.

As I write this I am sitting on one of the WORST office chairs in the world.  Hell, it isn’t even an office chair, it’s a spare dinning room chair.  But hay, it has a cushion… BFD. ;)

At some point in the near future, I would LOVE to get a new/used Herman Miller Aeron Chair for the home office.  Yes, I know, new ones are just a little pricey.  That is why I said a new/USED one.

If you do some hunting on craigslist, you can find a used one for a bit cheaper then a brand new one.  Hey, I’m not picky right! ;)

I was told that I need to keep adding things to my Present Ideas list for all walks of life and income brackets.  So here we go.

I love to read. I love to read about almost anything.  Most times I read about bettering my design skills or things related to the lighting industry.  I don’t really read much other then that besides my subscriptions to Mac World, and the new Holmes on Homes Magazine.  Pretty sad right?  Not really, if you ask me.  At least I read right! ;)

One thing I have come to love is the ability to carry around a huge number of books and PDF’s that I need/want to read right on my iPad.  SOOOO LOVELY.

So add to my collection of iPad readings by getting me the Smashing eBook #4: Mobile Design. It comes in at a WHOPPING $9.90, a pretty descent price if you ask me.  In order for it work work correctly on the iPad, I need the ePUB or PDF version of the book.

Yet another perfect present for me!  This would make an excellent Christmas present as it is pretty damn cold outside and the Denali let’s the wind pass right through!  This jacket would work WITH the Denali to help keep me warm and comfortable.

I PREFER the Taxi Yellow jacket as shown to the left.  And yes, I have been to a store to try one on as Renee has recommend and I need an XXL to work with the Denali.

Here is another great Christmas Present Idea.  Since Renee and I are now home owners, we have a bunch of “projects” to complete around the house.  Some of that work includes fine detail work.

I have always wanted a Dremel tool for just that reason.  I have found a pretty decent kit, specifically the Dremel 4000 Kit. Both Home Depot and Lowes carries the Dremel name.  Even Sears has it!  I’ll let you choose, but it would be a great tool to the arsenal.

Again, there are just a couple of ideas in the Present Idea list, so take your pick and surprise me. ;)

It’s that time of year, everyone keeps asking me what I want for Christmas.  It’s any easy list, friends, family and love.

BUT

If you feel that you really need to get me something to show me some love, I don’t have a problem with that!

Here is a great idea, a DODOcase for my iPad.  I have quickly found that the case that I have, I do not like, but I still need to protect my iPad… and I want to do it in STYLE! It’s a really REALLY nice case!  Check it out and buy it from www.dodocase.com.

Here is another great present idea for August 30th.  Renee and I have a couple of bags of whole been coffee that we need to grind up with no coffee grinder in sight.

I am no hipster by any means, but I love the idea of a hand-cranked coffee grinder.  Is it a requirement, of course not. A simple electric coffee grinder will work just as well.

BUT, if you heart tells you to seek out a hand cranked coffee grind, I just might have you over for some home roasted Kona Coffee that a friend gave me earlier in the year.

If you don’t know the pleasure of Kona Coffee, I feel sorry for you, I honestly do!

Update: I got my Timbuk 2 bag for “my birthday 2009”.

It’s coming down to the wire.  There are only 10 more days left to get your present ordered up for my big day!  Here is yet another present idea for you.

I love Timbuk2 bags.  I have been using a messenger commuter bag for a couple of years now and it is time to upgrade and show my true colors with a “custom” designed bag. If the mod strikes you, a Timbuk2 Gift certificate in any denomination will work for me. What can I say, I am easy to please!

Just today, FourSquare, the Social Networking “Check-in” website started offering foursquare apparel. Now I am a sucker for a good pin and this pack ROCKS!  It’s a pretty cheap present, I am easy to please so why not pick it up for me huh?

UPDATE: I still like the first mug, but I did get a camera lens mug!
